Marilyn D’Andrea-Spica, MD
Dr. D’Andrea-Spica has a special interest in preventative medicine, hormone balancing for optimal health, and age reversal medicine. She is a strong advocate for patient education and smoking cessation. She also has an interest in the treatment of headaches.
Originally from Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, Dr. D’Andrea-Spica graduated from Immaculata College and Bowman Gray School of Medicine, Wake Forest University. She completed her residency training at Geisinger Medical Center and became board certified in internal medicine in 1989.
Dr. D’Andrea-Spica and her husband, Don, have four children and have resided in Lancaster since 1989. She enjoys singing and spending time with her family.
