Richard Frey, DO
Dr. Frey grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and attended Lancaster Catholic High School. He completed his undergraduate degree at Mt. St. Mary’s College Emmitsburg, Maryland, his Masters of Public Health at University of Pittsburgh and his medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1983. He then completed his Family Medicine internship and residency at the former Lancaster Osteopathic Hospital. He joined Physicians’ Alliance, Ltd in 2003 and has been active on the finance committee and board of directors. After more than 20 years as Program Director of the Family Practice Residency at the Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center and Medical Director of the Center City Family Health Center he resigned in 2013 to dedicate more time to his PAL practice in Willow Street. Dr Frey lives in Willow Street with his wife Kay and enjoys piano and golf. He has 4 children ranging from 16-23 years old.
